WIFV is an incredible organization and should be the standard-bearer for how to support media makers from different backgrounds and professional levels working across a multitude of genres. I will forever be grateful for the invaluable insights of their Executive Director, Melissa Houghton, and the commitment of their Board. For 44 years, they have been a beacon of excellence. I can't wait for year 45!
