Review for Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals, Hillsboro, OR, USA
They do great foster care work. I have fostered several cats through OFOSA. They make sure their fosters have all the resources they need and have great communication to ensure all the animals in foster care are well-cared for until they find a forever home.
