Working with EATSF and the vouchers 4 veggies has been an amazing experience. The past two years they have provided thousands of dollars of vouchers for Booker T Washington Community Service Center and have alleviated a lot of food insecurity for our community in the western Addition. I appreciate that EATSF has made the process of distributing these vouchers an easy one. They provide a comprehensive, easy to read map of locations in multiple languages for the communities is one example. They also take our feedback and suggestions seriously and applied it to future processes. As an example, they were able to expand the locations where the vouchers are accepted and this has greatly impacted our communities access to fresh, culturally appropriate produce and pantry items. We have a lot of older adults that utilize these vouchers so being able to easily find locations near them has also made these vouchers even more invaluable. Having these vouchers while serving our community has made the impact of our continued work more well rounded.
