Our church volunteers once a month at The Kitchen of Clay County, Middleburg location, providing a soup and sandwich lunch to those in need. Waste Not Want Not provides the bread for the sandwiches as well as other items that they have on hand - breakfast sandwiches, desserts, salads, etc. During our weeks, we provide an average of 80-100 lunches and everyone is so appreciative for the "extras" they receive which wouldn't be possible without the participation of Waste Not Want Not.
