My Nonprofit Reviews

Legrain
Review for The NO MORE Foundation, Maplewood, NJ, USA
I had the pleasure of working with NO MORE during several outreach campaigns in 2020 and 2021 for World Bank Group and the United Nations' global staff and dependents. As a result of that synergy, and understanding a desperate need, NO MORE in partnership with the World Bank Group and the United Nations, developed a first comprehensive online international directory of domestic and sexual violence helplines and support resources for men and women. It is easy to navigate for anyone to benefit, i.e. survivors, friends or loved ones, and corporations with staff or dependents needing confidential support. A few years ago I joined the NO MORE Board impressed with the NGO's commitment to work towards a world with NO MORE violence. As Coordinator of the WBG's domestic violence prevention program for many years, I'm well aware of the need for MORE communication and education globally to prevent this global and pervasive scourge that has rippling consequences for victims and their children impacting mental and physical health, families, and communities.
