Review for Snowbird Outfitters Inc, Andrews, NC, USA
The staff are the strength of this program. The staff believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to work through their personal, exhaustive efforts to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by ministering to those who simply step foot onto the property. Even, if it means going to the ends of the earth, they will, and have done so, for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be proclaimed. The tremendous impact upon individuals for eternity, which marks this ministry, is primarily due to the great emphases placed upon each staff members ability to pour themselves out every hour during their 18 hour work days!

My own personally relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ has grown so much through my involvement in the summer programs, the OLD School semester program, and through off-season retreats.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Restructure their over all finances in order to provide reasonable salaries to those who are serving in roles that are deserving of such. This would not necessarily mean that volunteer positions would not be available, only establish some positions as paid, and accountable as such.
