I am owned by 4 beautiful parrots, 2 yellow nape Amazons ( both I adopted as babies, ages 33 and 15) and 2 African greys, both rescues (ages 19 and 18) . The World Parrot Trust has given me insight and information on their natural habitats, care, and the atrocities done to them (and other wildlife) just to satisfy the greed of some people. Sometimes I feel guilty because they are pets even though they are loved, well cared for safe and spoiled. They are not where nature intended them to be. The WPT is working to educate, rescue ,rehabilitate and preserve the environment for them and other creatures including us. Thank you, WPT
