I volunteer with Priceless Pets as a cat/kitten foster and also an adoption counselor. I posted this on my Facebook page recently, and it truly reflects my joy in doing what I do for PPR:

So today was another one of those days where volunteering for a rescue organization becomes so fulfilling! While all the adoptions today were wonderful (as every adoption is, every day), there were some extra special ones today:

Goldie (dog) has been with Priceless Pets for 355 days - her new dad said “Come on girl, let’s go home. You’ve been in a kennel too long.”
Gracie (cat) has been with Priceless Pets for 215 days.
Rosemarie (cat) has been with Priceless Pets for 210 days.
Stacy (kitten) was found by Tom in the middle of our street and is already so loved by her new mom.
