Salvation Wild Mustang Sanctuary is an excellent mustang rescue organization. Their team has saved hundreds of Wild Mustangs that have ended up in kill pens, thus saving them from slaughter. They also sponsor adoption of rescued mustangs as well as advocate for the end of government sponsored rounded ups of mustangs on Bureau of Land Management territories. Donated funds are used to provide hay, feed and vet care for the 30+ Mustangs at their official sanctuary ranch in Oklahoma as well as cover foster- care and boarding for dozens of other saved mustangs
