In July 2019, I stepped on international soil for the first time with Filter of Hope. I had no idea what to expect, nor did I realize how much my heart for mission work would change. God does incredible work in our hearts of building the desire to continually serve in communities and cultures that are not native to us; however, we would be highly neglectful if we didn't recognize that a significant part of what makes this experience so wonderful and life-changing is the organization that takes you from A to B to A. Filter of Hope has mastered this! In my experience with Filter of Hope (both as a participant and a leader), they have EXCEEDED my expectations. The golden experience with FOH is not just mine exclusively; I have had many participants tell me that they continually participate in global impact work because of FOH, and it is the only organization they desire to work with. I cannot praise the efforts of this nonprofit enough. 100% TOP-SHELF! The "best in the business" bar none! If my words aren't enough, I'll let my actions speak - I trusted them enough to facilitate my engagement!
