I have been listening to lectures by His Holiness Swami Vidyadheeshananda for a few years. The uplifting experience at the Kriya-Mantra-yoga silent meditation retreat in September 2023 at the Ananda Village in Nevada City, CA, was like I climbed ten Himalayan Mount Everest peaks in two weeks. The untiring efforts to teach the intricate methods, guided practices were impeccable, inspiring, energizing. It was like the heaven and earth merged. It brought into focus, in our day to day lives, how much we dissipate the divine energy within unproductive, useless tasks and talks. I will try my best to keep up the practices regularly. I will not miss another opportunity to interact with the Self-realized master. I will encourage my friends to make use of the rich, one of a kind on-line resource available at Hansavedas, Self-enquiry life fellowship.
