I love the continuous desire to seek to understand and meet the needs of the Lakota people demonstrated by the One Spirit team. The plan to build additional food pantries on the Reservation next year along with gardens and orchards are designed to not only meet the basic need for healthy food choices, but also provide employment opportunities. Each One Spirit project ends with a program that addresses more than one tangible need on the Rez- that is very impressive!
