I retired from my nursing career shortly before Covid. I knew I wasn’t done helping others. I knew there was more to me other than being a nurse! I joined Assistance League of Las Vegas to learn new skills! I now consider myself a thrift shop “owner”! As a member of ALLV you do take ownership of the work accomplished! I am a puppeteer, performing for Clark county school children. I’ve tried my hand in marketing and at present working to enhance community volunteer engagement. Amazing organization! Opportunity for personal growth is abundant!!
