I had an amazing time with the Borgen Project. I was apart of the Non-profit eadership team and had an amazing experience as an intern. I learned how to get more involeved with the community and let my voice be heard to my congressional leaders. My biggest takeaway is that it challenged me and taught me about consistency. My manager was really nice and motivated me throughout the whole process and I loved her feedback and what the Borgen Project had to offer. I was able to read interesting articles write and message influential people and be more in the know of world news. Overall I loved it, grew, and learned alot.
