Review for Snowbird Outfitters Inc, Andrews, NC, USA
Snowbird has changed my life in more ways than one. I learned the long-lasting and positive change you can have on teens through this ministry. The staff is more than sacrificial in the giving of their time, personal money truly their lives to these kids and families. They allowed high risk teens from low income households come to camp for a week and be invested in by adults who spend quality time and will listen to their concerns. When I came up to volunteer for two weeks the staff openly offered for me to stay in their personal homes. This camp is more than a week away from home for these kids, they are able to learn about healthy relationships and how Christ can be the center of your life. You cannot meet any staff member and not know that Christ is the center of all of their lives!

I volunteer in a middle school ministry and am able to better mentor these kids in my local community. My marriage has also been greatly influencedby snowbird. My husband and I went on a married couples retreat and hike. We learned so much about how we want our be and how to make it last through the positive examples illustrated by the director and his wife and other married staff members that went in the trip.
