Add us to the list of people who were screwed over when trying to make donations. We are cleaning out our parents' house which is an hour away and had to make several trips back and forth to put the boxes of donations together and then back again to put the boxes outside of the house before the required time of 7am. Of course the driver never showed up or said they "did not see the donations" even though it was a driveway full of boxes, and now I have to drive an hour plus in traffic to go lug a bunch of boxes back into the garage and try to donate them elsewhere. I've donated something smaller from my home years ago and they picked it up but now when it really matters, they're a no show. Why offer this service if they're not going to actually pick anything up?
