Review for Operation Warm Inc., Philadelphia, PA, USA
Operation Warm came to my city in Simi Valley, CA and gifted 300 pairs of shoes to Park View Elementary. One of the little girls was so excited that she hugged me and said "I love you!" It's moments like those you can't forget.
