Michelle Bart is the voice for the voiceless for NWC Wave, a victim activist and became a chapter for NO MORE in 2018.  Michelle is a rare find; she has dedicated her time to making a difference and raising awareness around domestic and sexual violence.  Her law background has allowed her to challenge the flows within the system.  I remember my first call with Michelle; she was sitting outside a court awaiting a verdict for a survivor and was going to leave once the judgment had been granted.  She is a pioneer but, most of all, dedicated to her cause.  No stone is left unturned; she will do whatever it takes to get justice.
