This is the best reality I've never worked in my life. Personnel is treated with full respect. Principles of solidarity, fairness, compassion, empowerment, equity are promoted, an antiracist and decolonized culture is fully embraced and encouraged. We are all committed to feminist leadership principles and our approach to development is very progressive, empowering and rooted in human rights.
