I've adopted two wonderful dogs from the APA and have been impressed by their staff while volunteering there doing pack walks and doggie playdates. Despite the terrible animal overpopulation problem and limited resources, the APA staff is always positive, enthusiastic and caring with the animals and so gracious, patient and accommodating to volunteers. I don't know how they do it....but I'm so glad they do!
