I came in to Commit without any real understanding of what it was on the recommendation from a friend from Germany. I am ecstatic with the choice to reach out and with the program. They helped me to find more confidence in my transition back from the military to the civilian sector. The coaching helped me to think through aspects of the transition that I was not expecting and left me better prepared to integrate into wherever I end up. I cannot say enough good things about Commit and my experience.
