I really enjoyed working with this non-profit and other local volunteers to help support libraries across Africa by supplying books. The entire experience helped my confidence and motivation rise since this work will help numerous people throughout the next few years. Since this was my first time doing this type of volunteering, I had a few questions about the libraries and about the books and exactly how and where in particular they get shipped. My mentor for this project helped me by answering all of these questions with great detail. But most of all, I liked the environment of the meetings. Everyone has a positive attitude and were happy helping other people.
