I am Ing. Joseph Alcius, my experience with Haitelmex, I would like to say that Haitelmex was born a lot of training among them I can mention job creation and social commitment. This training allows me as a working staff to develop my skills, to access higher levels of qualification and thus to enhance my experience in business, That is to say, to negotiate means of action to animate a team, to kindly assume responsibilities specific to each stakeholder communicating the most important to each take a position and be forced to propose.
