It's been 4 years since I've joined BCH as a field worker, and I feel immense pleasure to work with this wonderful team. Growing up in a village, I had trouble going out in crowds and always doubted my abilities. But after joining this organisation, my life has changed. As my part of work requires to go for door to door screening and accompany the patients to the hospital. It literally boosted up my confidence to go out and interact with Doctors, with people and with all those I never thought I would be able to. It seriously means a whole lot to me. It helped me grow not only mentally but spiritually too. I'm so so thankful to Dr. Lopamudra Mam for giving me this wonderful opportunity. You're a great being and I would always love to work with you!
