Every single time we needed to get a Thoroughbred rescued from the kill pen, RACE FUND came through. They helped us save a half blind 2 year old colt and an emaciated 3 year old filly. These are 2 of the sweetest horses I've ever known. If RACE FUND wouldn't have provided their bail, they would have suffered a most horrific end. Because of RACE FUND and their dedication to saving lives, these horses are happy, content and blossoming. These are my first Thoroughbreds, and the youngest horses I've ever had, so i had a pretty steep learning curve. RACE FUND follows up on their beneficiaries, and helps with advice regarding their ongoing care to ensure they fully recover from their ordeal, and live the best life possible. It's hard to get my work done since the half blind one joined my herd. He's all up next to me, "helping"! I'm so grateful to the RACE FUND and TRNL for making my family so complete, and for restoring my faith in humanity.
