Hello, I'm Srihas Maddali from California, and I'm a 10th-grade student with a passion for creating positive change in society through education. Books have always been my gateway to new ideas and perspectives. They've shaped my character and fueled my pursuit of knowledge.

African Book Library(ALP) embodies my belief in the power of books to transform lives. It's been a memorable journey, joining forces with ALP to spread the gift of knowledge. I am part of two successful book drives so far with ALP, the joy of sharing books, which can profoundly impact who we become, has been incredible.

My drive to help others stems from a simple but profound realization: humanity's biggest challenges often have straightforward solutions right in front of us. In my case, it was the lack of access to books that I wanted to address. Thanks to the support of dedicated coordinators Mrs. Sunitha Boppudi and Miss. Pamela, I've had the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful cause.

In my mind, it all boils down to one principle: helping one another. Society thrives when we extend a helping hand, and this belief fuels my happiness in making a positive impact on a broader scale. Many thanks to ALP who gave me along with others, the stepping stool to contribute to the great cause !!!
