Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Support Services is a wonderful community organization that gives hope and healing to families who have a child with cancer. They help is so many ways, it's hard to count. From counseling and support groups to special activities for teens and siblings, they care for the whole family. I am so proud of the staff and volunteers who deliver groceries, give rides to medical appointments, and help families navigate the financial challenges of a cancer diagnosis. They have some of the biggest hearts I have ever seen.
