From a donor perspective, I was blown away at every turn. The level of organizational competence, and care, is extraordinary. I always felt taken care of, valued, and well managed while on site in Florida completing the donation...which is really important for an organization facilitating complicated medical procedures. They inspired confidence throughout, and it was with true merit.
