You can’t argue with 4 million books…and counting! African Library Project’s dedicated, passionate group of volunteers and partners create small libraries in Sub-Saharan Africa using gently-used children’s books that might otherwise be needlessly discarded. ALP has created over 3800 libraries to date, libraries that are bringing access, opportunity, and a love of reading to a new generation. I can’t emphasize enough how proud I am of the work ALP does.
