Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation helped me fufill a lifelong goal of homeownership. The first time homebuyer's classes were amazing. They were information packed but also provided the opportunities for participation and interaction with others on the same journey as me. The classes reduced my apprehension about the homebuying process. I was paired with a great local real estate agent and received constant support throughout the process. Anytime I was discouraged or needed an answer to a question the staff at Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation were there for me.
