We have absolutely LOVED using the EXPRESS IT books with our tween side members. Many of our tween members have trauma from various life experiences. The EXPRESS IT books have become an amazing outlet for our members, particularly the ones who struggle to open up to our staff. We have several members who ask to use their EXPRESS IT books daily, and have filled the pages with amazing artistry, all while working through some tough feelings. Our organization cannot recommend the EXPRESS IT program enough, as it has really helped our members open up, and feel their feelings in a healthy and productive way. Absolutely love this program!
