My son and I were at the Gainesville Pet Smart getting kitty litter. Brenda and Jim were bringing in their sweet rescues for adoption day. Of course my son and I were looking and saw Smokey (now Rocket) and my son begged me to call my husband. About an hour later he came home with us. We could not love him more and he was the perfect addition to our family. You will not find two people with bigger hearts as rescuing is not for everyone but their organization and utmost kindness to their rescues and adopters is unmatched. We will definitely adopt again. They are absolutely the best.
