I have been a Missing In America (MIAP) veteran recovery program volunteer since 2009. I have personally witnessed and presided over the funeral services for hundreds of previously forgotten veterans and family members.

There is nothing quite as moving as a military honors funeral. I am so proud of the hundreds of MIAP volunteers across the country that locate, identify, and coordinate the interments of our veterans who would otherwise spend an eternity on a shelf.
