I have traveled with Word Made Flesh to Romania and Sierra Leone. Both of those trips left a lasting impact on my life and my perspective of our call as followers of Jesus. Each community has unique values and beautiful communities. I learned about simplicity, suffering, joy, and service. They truly embody living alongside the worlds most vulnerable in a transformative way. I highly encourage anyone wanting a true and real perspective of cross cultural ministry to participate !
