I have been involved in volunteering since my teen years. As an expat I have volunteered in different countries in the last 15 years. This experience is different. FNE gave me the opportunity not only to see and feel a new reality of the country I am currently living in, but also gave me the chance to extent my contribution as a volunteer. In just a couple of trips and have done translations, medical assistance, logistics and assessment about health conditions in unprivileged communities. To be able to be part of different stages during a medical brigade or housing projects, have opened many possibilities about the contribution I can give in any social project.
