I was evicted because the manager did not like a poor person to have rights to cleanliness amongst his other issues with elderly seniors. I did have rights and tried to who hold management responsible for the laws protecting tenants. He just did not like his sickly Power usurped. Like entering an apartment whenever he wanted to. Mr. Kambic was a condescending narcissist who just liked throwing his weight around and scaring the tenants. He was mean, crude and just one ugly human being. A few days before my eviction I was told by one of the employees how I had been setup for this eviction and how bad he had felt for what this man had put me through. Mr. Kambic would not know the truth if it smacked him in the face.
This violent man put a 69 year old woman on the streets during covid!!! Nice guy, ugh and Petra backed him up even though they knew the lies this man told. Remember, what goes around comes around! I told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and he knows it.The apt. was barely cleaned.. It had dried feces in the toilet (photo 2) The first picture was "supposed to be a brand new fridge" Do stores really sell fridges with broken parts and dirt? Third picture is mold which was viewed and tested. The last photo is of the "never repaired" water damage which caused the mold and the rust caused me sores and hair loss. Could only post 4 photos, but I have hundreds of this dirty place....
