ACFS serves the community around Sylacauga, Alabama. As a volunteer for 2 years now, I am amazed at the love, prayers, and time that people give each week to those suffering with food insecurity. Each family receives around 80 lbs of food each month consisting of fresh vegetables, fruit, lbs of meat, bread, and desserts. We also pack 2000 bags each week and send to the area schools to help children in need over the weekend. What an honor to serve and love on the people in the local community. Very well-run organization.
