In Jan 2023, Paul (age 85) was diagnosed with stage 4 prostrate cancer which metastasized into his bones. We contacted The Second Opinion. From the very beginning starting with their web site, dealing with the administrative staff and our phone conversation/meeting with the doctors involved in the decision making, we were impressed with their organization. They treated us with patience, sensitivity and compassion for our situation. They gave us encouragement. This was important to us, as we were vulnerable with our uncertain future. We imagine there is a large number of people/families in the cancer community who are in need of this service and we will continue to support The Second Opinion in hopes of giving everyone the opportunity that we had.
