I had an exceptional experience with Paws New England. From the moment I expressed interest in Jonquil (now known as Betty), Julia went above and beyond to ensure that the adoption would be a perfect match for both me and the dog. Since I have a senior dog and 2 cats, I wanted to make sure the dog I adopted would fit in with my family. The dedication to making the adoption process as smooth as possible was truly remarkable. Throughout the entire adoption process, Paws New England consistently prioritized my comfort and satisfaction. They patiently addressed all my inquiries and concerns. I was able to speak with foster mom Meg who put my mind at ease. I cannot express enough gratitude to Paws New England for their professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness.

Since bringing my new companion, Betty, into my home, she has seamlessly settled in and become an inseparable part of my life. Betty's favorite place is right by my side, whether it's snuggled on my lap (BIG lap dog!) or nestled beside me in bed at night. The joy and enrichment that Betty has brought into my life is immeasurable, and I attribute this happiness to Paw New England’s unwavering commitment to their work.
