My wife and I have had the opportunity to go to some great events over the last couple of months by using Vet Tix and I so appreciate having this opportunity. I am taking off 1 star due to the process for obtaining tickets during the lottery. My wife and I had won tickets, but were given less than 24 hours to respond over a holiday weekend, so they were taken from us and given to someone else. Seems as if they would give more time to claim tickets. That's my only gripe, aside from that I think it's great.
