Review for Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), Washington, DC, USA
Working at EESI was a truly wonderful experience, both for the nature of the work they do with Congress as well as for the team-work and relationship building within the organisation itself. It was for me a situation where I looked forward to coming to work every morning, knowing I would expand my perspective on clean energy and learn about new, alternative and innovative energy and policy solutions.
I was very impressed by the staff and their dedication which seemed never to falter, and for the general collaboration between staff members.
Most of all, I was inspired by the breadth of impact a small non-profit with limited funds could achieve, through efficient and high quality work. I strongly believe in and support all the work they do educating Congress on clean energy and climate change.

I think the only thing EESI needs at this point is more funding with which they could expand and continue their work. At this point the organisation may be limited logistically in the size of its workforce and the funding available.
