I have had the personal privilege of working with Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc., which recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary, nearly 25 years as a benefit advisor for their AbilityOne Contracts, employing individuals with significant disabilities.

During this time, I have witnessed the growth of the agency as they provide working opportunities and job training for hundreds of individuals with disabilities that are simply striving to work and live independently.

As a benefit advisor, Challenge Enterprises not only provides individuals with an opportunity to develop jobs skills that allow them to be self-sufficient, but they also provide each employee quality benefits that allows them to have affordable access to healthcare as traditionally offered in the private sector.

I shave spoken with many of their employees over the years and they are never shy in sharing how appreciative they are of the opportunity provided by Challenge Enterprises of North Floridia that allows them to be productive and self-sufficient contributors in their community.
