Elliott Advocacy is the “A TEAM’ of consumer advocates! We cannot thank them enough for their patience, expertise, and knowledge!

Long story short we tried for 6 months to get the refund we were due from OAT (Overseas Adventure Travels). It was very disappointing as we believe OAT is a reputable travel organization and we have friends who have enjoyed excellent adventures with them. Nevertheless, during that six months we received absolutely no response let alone any explanation to our six emails to various OAT executives.

We have followed Christopher’s column for several years so decided to seek his help. Within a few weeks we had our refund but no explanation from OAT as to why this happened.
