Fieldstone Leadership Network is a catalyst for possibilities among the non-profit community of San Diego, having nourished the courage, compassion, and curiosity of it's members for forty years. What I admire most about Fieldstone is the organization's responsiveness to the evolving needs of the nonprofit sector, forever ideating and implementing programs that grow alongside the leaders it serves driving change in our community. Participating in multiple Fieldstone Programs over my career as enriched my practice in leading teams, my audacity in partnership, and the network of change makers I now call friends.
