I first heard about the Doctor who had dedicated her life to helping women in Africa who needed fistulation repairs on the Oprah show. I was thrilled when I found out there was a foundation in the USA where I could donate to help with the work. I am thrilled with how they have grown into additional countries and hospitals that need this work. To see that there are Doctors who have also dedicated their life to this work due to donations and support from this foundation, is amazing.
