My Nonprofit Reviews

I have been volunteering at North Beach Citizens since I moved to San Francisco last year. NBC is an amazing nonprofit that helps the homeless and contributes a lot to the North Beach community in the city. Kristie Fairchild, the Executive Director, and her staff are all very engaged and supportive both with their clients, as well as their volunteers.
I got a great personal introduction from the office manager when I decided to volunteer. Since then, I have volunteered repeatedly with their food pantry and fundraiser events. The amount of regular volunteers North Beach Citizens have shows how appreciated the organization is. For me personally, it was a great way to connect more with my neighborhood after having moved to a new city while making a difference with North Beach Citizens.
