Thank you to IronDog K9 International!

In July of 2023, the Beaufort Police Department initiated a K9 program. With the help of IronDog K9 International, we have the necessary training and safety equipment (bite suit, sleeves, muzzles, harnesses, e-collars, etc.) to effectively continue training our K9s to provide the best service to our community. Without their backing, we would not have the necessary equipment to effectively train and maintain the unit.

Additionally, in April 2024 we received sponsorship for a K9 Medic class and a first aid kit from IronDog K9 International. This training provided invaluable knowledge to our handlers, ensuring the safety and well-being of our K9 partners in the field.

Mitzi and the Irondog team were a pleasure to work with, and we cannot thank this organization enough for their caring, knowledge, and generosity.
