Working at Udayan Care has been a lovely and gratifying experience for me. As a psychology intern, I wished to expand my knowledge and sharpen my talents. It was a fantastic opportunity for me to grow both personally and professionally. This internship also helped me in developing good communication skills and bolstered my self-confidence as well. I had the opportunity of interacting with children and young people in the community and plan various sessions for them that were related to self-awareness and their creative thinking as well. Additionally, I had the chance to meet with parents in the community at multiple sessions for positive parenting, all of which were quite insightful. The guidance provided by the FiT team was invaluable for a fresher like me.
