When I encountered an issue with Lyft charging me a large and erroneous "damage fee" against my will, it felt like Lyft had all of the power and there was nothing I can do. I reached out and they responded quickly, clearly, and helpfully. Christopher contacted the company on my behalf, and the issue was rectified within a week. Highly recommend.
