LMC is an incredibly well run organization with a dual mission. In an era of shrinking local journalism, it serves to highlight community news and bring transparency to local government. It also focuses on educating kids on the craft of film and TV production, and is a launching pad for a lifelong love of telling good stories. As a board member, I am always impressed by the professionalism and the dedication of the staff to using funding responsibly and for the sole purpose of serving the community.
